AutoZone is seeking a Store Management professional to lead a high-performing team and deliver WOW! Customer Service in our Wisconsin store.

You will supervise, train, and develop staff, drive sales, manage inventory, and uphold safety standards while coordinating with commercial departments to ensure timely deliveries and excellent customer experiences. The role requires strong leadership, automotive retail experience, and bilingual communication in Spanish and English.

Qualifikationen

• Leadership: Demonstrates integrity, decision-making skills, and strong leadership abilities.
• Flexible Schedule: Full-time flexible schedule availability, including mornings, nights, weekends, and overtime as needed.
• Exceptional Communication: Strong people skills and effective communication in both Spanish and English.
• Automotive Retail: Previous experience in automotive retail.
• Certifications: ASE Certification.

• Assist Store Manager in supervising, training, and developing high-performing employees.
• Lead parts sales and inventory management to exceed targets and optimize stock.
• Oversee merchandising, returns processing, and ensure timely deliveries to customers.
