AutoZone seeks a Store Management professional to lead a high-performing team and deliver WOW! Customer Service in a busy retail setting. Under the Store Manager, MITs assist with supervision, coaching, and inventory control while driving sales and ensuring safe, compliant operations.

The role requires leadership, a flexible schedule, and bilingual English/Spanish communication. Automotive retail background and ASE certification are preferred as the team grows and serves the driving community.

Qualifications

• Must demonstrate leadership abilities and store-level decision making.
• Excellent communication with customers and team members in English and Spanish.
• Ability to manage a flexible schedule including mornings, nights, weekends, and overtime as needed.
• Experience in automotive retail is required and ASE certification is highly valued.

Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager in supervising, training and developing the team to high performance.
• Maintain clear and effective communication with customers and employees to ensure smooth operations.
• Monitor sales goals, inventory accuracy and performance standards to drive success.
• Follow structured store procedures, manage inventory, cash handling and shrink control.
• Collaborate with commercial department leaders to ensure seamless operations and service excellence.
• Lead parts sales and inventory management to exceed targets and ensure timely returns and merchandising.
• Enforce PPE and safety standards and support risk management practices.
• Assist in managing commercial and hub departments to support timely deliveries.
• Resolve customer concerns and operational issues respecting company policies.
