Job summary

AutoZone's Store Management team drives store performance and delivers WOW! Customer Service while leading a high-performing team. As a Parts Sales Manager, you’ll assist the Store Manager in supervising employees, driving sales, and maintaining inventory efficiency.

You’ll communicate clearly with customers and staff, manage safety practices, and support commercial department operations to ensure timely deliveries and exceptional service across the store.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience in a retail setting.
• Ability to communicate effectively with customers and team members.
• Experience in automotive retail preferred.
• ASE Certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager in supervising and developing a high-performing team.
• Monitor sales goals, inventory accuracy, and performance standards.
• Oversee cash handling, shrink control, and store procedures.
• Support commercial/depot departments to ensure timely deliveries and service.
