Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise store staff under the Store Manager, developing a motivated team.
• Maintain clear, effective communication with customers and employees to ensure smooth operations.
• Monitor sales goals, inventory accuracy, and performance standards to drive results.
• Follow structured store procedures, manage inventory, oversee cash handling, control shrink, and ensure efficiency.
• Collaborate with store staff and department leaders to maintain excellent customer service.
• Lead efforts to exceed sales targets and optimize inventory and merchandising.
• Enforce PPE use and uphold safety standards while managing risk.
• Assist in coordinating commercial and hub department deliveries to meet customer needs.
• Resolve customer concerns and operational issues swiftly while upholding company policies.
