As a Parts Sales Manager, you’ll lead by example under the Store Manager’s guidance, focusing on sales growth, inventory control, and safe operations in a busy automotive retail environment. Qualifications

• Previous experience in automotive retail.
• ASE Certification.
• Proficiency in both English and Spanish is preferred for customer interactions.

Responsabilités

• Assist the Store Manager in supervising, training, and developing a high‑performing team.
• Maintain clear communications with customers and employees to ensure smooth operations.
• Monitor sales goals, inventory accuracy, and performance standards to drive results.
• Follow store procedures, manage inventory, oversee cash handling, and control shrink.
• Lead efforts to exceed sales targets, optimize inventory, and manage returns and merchandising.
• Enforce PPE use and uphold safety standards while supporting commercial accounts.
