Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager in supervising and developing staff.
• Maintain clear communication with customers and employees.
• Monitor sales goals, inventory accuracy and performance standards.
• Follow store procedures, manage inventory and cash handling.
• Lead sales and inventory management for parts and returns.
• Enforce safety standards and core compliance.
• Support commercial accounts and timely deliveries.
• Resolve customer issues promptly within policies.
