You will focus on leadership, communication, inventory control, and achieving sales targets while maintaining WOW! customer service in a retail automotive environment.

• Collaborate with staff and department leaders to ensure seamless operations and service excellence.
• Lead efforts to exceed sales targets, optimize inventory, and manage returns and merchandising.
• Enforce PPE use, promote safety practices, and uphold safety standards.
• Assist in managing commercial accounts and hub departments to support deliveries.
• Resolve customer concerns and store issues promptly while upholding policies.
