Job summary

AutoZone is seeking a Parts Sales Manager to drive sales performance and lead a high-performing shop team within a Manassas, VA store. You will support the Store Manager, mentor associates, and ensure WOW! customer service while executing store operations with precision.

You’ll lead inventory management, sales targets, and safety compliance, coordinating with commercial and hub departments to meet customer needs and timely deliveries. ASE certification and automotive retail experience are valued.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership abilities in a retail environment.
• Strong communication skills in English and Spanish.
• Able to work a flexible schedule including mornings, nights, weekends, and overtime as needed.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Store Manager in supervising, training, and developing a high-performing team.
• Maintain clear, effective interactions with customers and employees to ensure smooth operations and positive experiences.
• Monitor sales goals, inventory accuracy, and performance standards to drive business success.
• Follow structured store procedures, manage inventory, oversee cash handling, control shrink and ensure operational efficiency.
• Work collaboratively with store staff and commercial department leaders to maintain seamless operations and customer service excellence.
• Lead efforts to exceed sales targets, optimize inventory levels, and ensure timely returns processing and merchandising.
• Enforce PPE use, promote risk management practices, and uphold company safety standards.
• Assist in managing commercial and hub departments to support timely deliveries and customer needs.
• Resolve customer concerns and store operational issues swiftly, upholding company policies.
