Qualifications

• Full-time flexible schedule including mornings, nights, weekends, and overtime as needed.
• Strong people skills and effective communication in both Spanish and English.
• Previous experience in automotive retail.
• ASE Certification required or preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead store team under Store Manager, supervising, training, and developing staff.
• Drive sales targets, manage inventory, and oversee returns/merchandising.
• Ensure WOW! customer service, PPE use, safety compliance, and smooth store operations.
• Collaborate with commercial department leaders to support timely deliveries and customer needs.
