Job summary

AutoZone is seeking a Parts Sales Manager to help drive sales, lead a high-performing team, and deliver WOW! customer service in a fast-paced automotive retail environment. You will support the Store Manager, coach staff, and champion operational excellence.

You’ll oversee inventory, merchandising, and daily store operations while ensuring safety and compliance. Ideal candidates bring ASE certification and proven leadership in retail automotive settings.

Qualifications

• Demonstrates integrity, decision-making skills, and strong leadership abilities.
• Exceptional communication in English and Spanish.
• Previous experience in automotive retail.
• ASE Certification required or preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Store Manager in supervising, training, and developing high-performing employees.
• Maintain clear, effective communication with customers and staff.
• Monitor sales goals, inventory accuracy, and performance standards.
• Oversee inventory, cash handling, shrink control, and store procedures.
• Support commercial accounts and hub departments to ensure timely deliveries.
