• Parts Sales & Inventory Management – lead sales targets, optimize inventory, and handle returns and merchandising.
• Safety & Compliance – enforce PPE and safety standards.
• Commercial Account Support – assist in managing commercial orders and deliveries.
• Problem Solving – resolve customer concerns and operational issues promptly.
