Qualifications

• Leadership: integrity, decision-making and strong leadership abilities.
• Flexible Schedule: Full-time availability, including mornings, nights, weekends, and overtime as needed.
• Exceptional Communication: strong people skills in both Spanish and English.
• Automotive Retail: prior experience in automotive retail is a plus.
• Certifications: ASE Certification is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Leadership – Assist the Store Manager in supervising and developing employees.
• Communication – Maintain clear interactions with customers and employees.
• Metrics Mindedness – Monitor sales goals, inventory accuracy and performance standards.
• Process Orientation – Follow store procedures, manage inventory, cash handling, shrink control.
• Teamwork – Collaborate with staff and department leaders for seamless operations.
• Parts Sales & Inventory Management – Lead sales and manage inventory and returns.
• Safety & Compliance – Enforce PPE, promote risk management and safety standards.
• Commercial Account Support – Support timely deliveries for commercial customers.
• Problem Solving – Resolve customer issues and store problems promptly.
