Qualifications

• Leadership and team development experience.
• Excellent communication in English and Spanish.
• Experience in automotive retail preferred.
• Ability to drive sales and achieve targets.

Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager in supervising and developing staff.
• Maintain clear communication with customers and employees.
• Monitor sales goals, inventory, and shrinkage.
• Manage cash handling and safety compliance.
• Support commercial and hub departments to meet customer needs.
