• Strong communication and interpersonal skills in English and Spanish.
• Experience driving sales, managing inventory, and coaching teams.
• ASE Certification is a plus for technical credibility.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a high-performing store team under the Store Manager.
• Drive sales targets, deliver WOW! customer service, and manage daily store operations.
• Oversee inventory, returns processing, and merchandising to optimize availability.
• Enforce PPE and safety standards, and support commercial hub accounts.
• Resolve customer concerns quickly while upholding company policies.
