The role emphasizes leadership, process discipline, and strong communication to meet and exceed targets in a fast‑paced automotive retail environment.

Formación

• Demonstrates strong leadership and decision‑making abilities.
• Fluent in English and Spanish is preferred.
• Experience in automotive retail and parts sales.
• Excellent communication skills with customers and team members.
• ASE Certification is preferred or required.

Responsabilidades

• Assist Store Manager in supervising, training and developing high‑performing team members.
• Lead parts sales and inventory management, aiming to exceed sales targets and optimize inventory levels.
• Maintain WOW customer service standards and effective store operations.
• Support commercial and hub departments to ensure timely deliveries and customer satisfaction.
• Monitor sales goals, inventory accuracy, shrink, cash handling and safety compliance.
