AutoZone is seeking a Store Manager/Parts Sales Manager to lead a high-performing team and deliver WOW! Customer Service. Under guidance of the Store Manager, MITs will supervise, train, and develop staff while ensuring smooth operations and strong sales performance.

Qualifications

• ASE Certification required.
• Experience in automotive retail.
• Bilingual Spanish/English preferred.
• Full-time availability including weekends.

Responsabilités

• Assist Store Manager in supervising, training, and developing employees to build a high-performing team.
• Maintain clear communication with customers and staff to ensure smooth store operations and excellent service.
• Drive sales, manage inventory, and oversee returns processing and merchandising to meet targets.
• Enforce safety policies, PPE use, and risk management practices to maintain a compliant store environment.
• Support commercial and hub departments to ensure timely deliveries and customer satisfaction.
