Qualifications

• Leadership: demonstrates integrity and strong leadership abilities.
• Flexible schedule: availability including mornings, nights, weekends, and overtime.
• Exceptional communication: strong people skills in both English and Spanish.
• Automotive retail: prior experience in automotive retail is preferred.
• ASE Certification: ASE certification is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Lead store staff and develop high-performing team under Store Manager guidance.
• Monitor sales goals, inventory accuracy, and performance metrics to drive revenue.
• Follow store procedures: manage inventory, cash handling, shrink control, and efficiency.
• Collaborate with commercial department leaders to ensure timely deliveries and service quality.
• Resolve customer concerns quickly while upholding company policies.
