Job summary

AutoZone is seeking a Parts Sales Manager to help drive sales, lead a high-performing team, and deliver WOW! customer service in a dynamic automotive retail environment.

You will assist the Store Manager with supervision, training, and development of staff, while ensuring excellent customer experiences and efficient store operations. ASE certification and automotive retail experience are preferred, with opportunities for career growth.

Qualifications

• Leadership and decision-making abilities.
• Bilingual communication in English and Spanish preferred.
• Flexible schedule including mornings, nights, weekends, and overtime.
• Experience in automotive retail and ASE certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead efforts to drive sales performance and exceed targets.
• Assist in supervising, training, and developing store staff.
• Maintain clear communication with customers and employees to ensure smooth operations.
• Monitor inventory, cash handling, shrink, and store procedures to ensure efficiency.
• Support commercial accounts and department leaders to meet customer needs.
