Qualifications

• Must have automotive retail experience.
• Proven leadership and ability to develop a high-performing team.
• Bilingual in Spanish and English.
• Flexible schedule including mornings, nights, weekends.

Responsibilities

• Lead sales targets and drive performance across the store.
• Oversee inventory management, pricing, returns processing and merchandising.
• Coach and develop store team for excellent customer service.
• Ensure WOW! customer service and PPE compliance.
• Collaborate with commercial and hub departments to meet deliveries.
