• Follow structured store procedures, manage inventory, cash handling, shrink control.
• Collaborate with staff and department leaders to ensure service excellence.
• Lead sales and inventory efforts to exceed targets and manage merchandising.
• Enforce PPE, promote safety policies.
• Support commercial accounts needs and timely deliveries.
• Resolve customer concerns and store issues promptly.
