Under the Store Manager’s guidance, you’ll supervise staff, manage inventory, and ensure seamless operations in a fast-paced automotive retail environment. The role requires automotive retail experience, ASE Certification, and a flexible full-time schedule including mornings, nights, weekends, and overtime.

Qualifications

• ASE Certification required.
• Experience in automotive retail.
• Full-time schedule with mornings, nights, weekends, and overtime.
• Excellent bilingual communication in Spanish and English.

Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager in supervising, training, and developing staff.
• Drive sales targets and monitor inventory levels.
• Ensure WOW! Customer Service and compliant store operations.
• Maintain safety standards and PPE use.
• Support commercial and hub departments to ensure timely deliveries.
