• Follow store procedures, manage inventory and cash handling, and control shrink
• Collaborate with staff and department leaders to ensure seamless operations
• Drive sales and optimize inventory with timely returns and merchandising
• Enforce safety standards and risk management practices
• Support commercial accounts to ensure timely deliveries and customer needs
• Resolve customer concerns and operational issues in line with company policies
