AutoZone is seeking a Parts Sales Manager to drive store performance, lead a high-performing team, and deliver WOW! customer service while managing daily store operations.

You’ll oversee sales targets, inventory accuracy, merchandising, and cash handling; mentor staff, collaborate with commercial departments, and ensure safe, compliant operations in a fast-paced automotive retail environment.

Qualifications

• Leadership demonstrated with integrity and decision-making.
• Flexible schedule including mornings, nights, weekends, and overtime as needed.
• Bilingual Spanish and English is a plus for customer interactions.

Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager in supervising and developing a team.
• Maintain clear communication with customers and staff to ensure smooth operations.
• Monitor sales goals, inventory accuracy, and performance standards to drive results.
• Follow store procedures, manage inventory, cash handling, shrink control and efficiency.
• Lead efforts to exceed sales targets, manage inventory, and processing returns.
