• Lead teamwork with store staff and commercial department leaders.
• Drive parts sales, optimize inventory, and manage returns/merchandising.
• Enforce PPE use and uphold safety standards.
• Assist in managing commercial and hub departments for timely deliveries.
• Resolve customer concerns and store operational issues promptly.
