Responsibilities

• Leadership: supervise, train, and develop high-performing employees.

• Process orientation: follow store procedures, manage inventory, cash handling, shrink control.

• Safety & compliance: enforce PPE use and safety standards.
• Commercial account support: assist in managing commercial/hub deliveries.
