Job summary

Under the Store Manager’s guidance, MITs lead by example, demonstrating initiative and strong leadership. As a Parts Sales Manager, you'll drive sales performance, lead a high-performing team, and ensure WOW!

Qualifications

• Leadership: guide and develop team; drive results.
• Exceptional communication in English and Spanish.
• Experience in automotive retail environments is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead efforts to exceed sales targets and optimize inventory.
• Supervise, train, and develop store staff with a focus on WOW! service.
• Monitor metrics, cash handling, shrink, and safety compliance.
• Support commercial and hub departments for on-time deliveries.
• Resolve customer issues quickly while upholding policies.
