Responsibilities

• Leadership ‑ Assist the Store Manager in supervising, training, and developing employees.
• Communication ‑ Maintain clear interactions with customers and staff.
• Metrics Mindedness ‑ Track sales, inventory, and performance standards.
• Process Orientation ‑ Follow store procedures, manage inventory, cash handling, shrink control.
• Teamwork ‑ Collaborate with staff and department leaders to ensure smooth operations.
• Parts Sales & Inventory Management ‑ Drive sales targets and optimize inventory and returns.
• Safety & Compliance ‑ Enforce PPE and safety standards.
• Commercial Account Support ‑ Aid in managing commercial/hub needs and deliveries.
• Problem Solving ‑ Address customer concerns and store issues promptly.
