Qualifications

• Leadership capabilities with integrity and decisive decision-making.
• Ability to work mornings, nights, weekends and overtime.
• Experience in automotive retail is preferred.
• ASE Certification is desirable.

Responsabilités

• Assist the Store Manager in supervising, training, and developing high-performing employees.
• Maintain clear, effective communication with customers and staff to ensure smooth operations.
• Monitor sales goals, inventory accuracy and performance standards to drive success.
• Follow structured store procedures, manage inventory, oversee cash handling and shrink control.
