Under the Store Manager's guidance, you will lead by example, align daily operations with company standards, and mentor team members toward career growth. In this role, you will optimize inventory, manage workflows, and collaborate with commercial departments to exceed targets while upholding safety and quality

Qualifications

• Demonstrated leadership and decision-making in a retail setting.
• Flexibility to work mornings, nights, weekends, and overtime.
• Bilingual Spanish/English communication is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise to develop high-performing employees.
