You will assist in supervising staff, manage inventory, and ensure safe, efficient operations. A background in automotive retail and ASE certification are valued, with a flexible, full-time schedule including evenings and weekends.

• Bilingual Spanish and English is a plus.
• Experience in automotive retail is preferred.
• ASE Certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Store Manager in supervising and developing a high-performing team.
• Maintain clear communications with customers and staff for smooth operations.
• Monitor sales goals, inventory accuracy, and performance standards to drive results.
• Follow structured store procedures, manage inventory, cash handling, and shrink control.
• Lead efforts to exceed sales targets and optimize inventory and merchandising.
• Ensure safety standards and PPE compliance across the store.
• Support commercial accounts and hub departments to meet deliveries and customer needs.
• Resolve customer concerns and store operational issues promptly in line with company policies.
