You will oversee training, inventory management, cash handling, and adherence to safety standards while collaborating with commercial departments to meet business goals. Responsabilités

• Assist Store Manager in supervising, training and developing staff to meet sales targets.
• Maintain clear, effective communication with customers and employees to ensure smooth operations.
• Monitor sales goals, inventory accuracy and performance standards to drive results.
• Follow structured store procedures, manage inventory, oversee cash handling and shrink control.
• Lead efforts in exceeding sales targets and optimizing inventory and merchandising.
• Support in managing commercial accounts to ensure timely deliveries and customer satisfaction.
• Resolve customer concerns and store operational issues promptly and in line with policy.
