• Leading and developing a high-performing team.
• Excellent verbal and written communication in English; Spanish helpful.
• Flexible schedule with ability to work mornings, nights, weekends, and OT.
• Experience in automotive retail is a strong plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead and assist Store Manager in supervising, training, and developing staff.
• Maintain clear communication with customers and team to ensure smooth operations.
• Monitor sales goals, inventory accuracy and performance standards.
• Follow store procedures, manage inventory, cash handling, shrink control and efficiency.
• Collaborate with store staff and commercial departments for timely deliveries and service.
• Drive sales targets through effective parts sales and inventory management.
• Enforce PPE and safety standards, promote risk management.
