As a Parts Sales Manager, you will help lead the store, supervise and train associates, manage inventory and merchandising, and support timely deliveries and customer needs. This role requires leadership, strong communication in English and Spanish, and a track record in automotive retail.

Formación

• Leadership and training experience in a retail environment.
• Ability to manage inventory, merchandising, and cash handling.
• Bilingual communication skills in English and Spanish advantageous.

Responsabilidades

• Assist the Store Manager in supervising, training, and developing staff.
• Lead efforts to exceed sales targets and optimize inventory and merchandising.
• Enforce PPE use and safety standards, promote risk management.
• Support commercial and hub departments to ensure timely deliveries.
• Resolve customer issues and maintain excellent service standards.
