Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager in supervising and developing employees.
• Maintain clear communication with customers and staff.
• Monitor sales, inventory accuracy and performance standards.
• Follow store procedures, manage inventory and cash handling.
• Lead parts sales and inventory management.
• Enforce PPE use and safety standards.
• Support commercial and hub departments to meet customer needs.
• Resolve customer concerns and store issues promptly.
