Under Store Manager guidance, you will oversee parts sales, inventory control, and operations to meet targets while maintaining exceptional service standards. You’ll lead initiatives to train staff, manage stock, and collaborate with commercial department leaders to ensure seamless store operations and customer

Qualifications

• Demonstrated leadership and decision-making abilities.
• Full-time flexible schedule including mornings, nights, weekends, and overtime.
• Strong bilingual communication in Spanish and English.
• Experience in automotive retail environments.
• ASE certification or equivalent credential preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager in supervising, training, and developing a high-performing team.
• Lead parts sales and inventory management to meet or exceed targets.
• Enforce safety procedures, PPE usage, and compliance with company standards.
• Support commercial and hub departments to ensure timely deliveries and service quality.
• Resolve customer concerns promptly and uphold company policies.
