Under the Store Manager's guidance, you will supervise training, align with commercial departments, manage safety, and support local commercial accounts. The role requires leadership, flexibility (mornings, nights, weekends), and bilingual English/Spanish communication.

Formación

• ASE Certification preferred.
• Experience in automotive retail environments.
• Strong leadership and people management skills.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and supervise a high-performing team to achieve sales targets.
• Oversee inventory, merchandising, and returns processing.
• Maintain safety standards and PPE compliance.
• Communicate effectively with customers and employees in English and Spanish.
• Support commercial accounts and hub departments to ensure timely deliveries.
