Job summary

AutoZone is seeking a Parts Sales Manager in Burien, WA to drive sales performance and lead a high-performing team while delivering WOW! Customer Service.

Under the Store Manager’s guidance, you will oversee store operations, inventory, and daily team development to meet goals in a fast-paced automotive retail environment. You will manage parts sales, monitor metrics, ensure safety, and collaborate with commercial departments to support timely deliveries and exceptional customer experiences.

Responsibilities

• Leadership – Assist the Store Manager in supervising, training, and developing high-performing employees, fostering a motivated and engaged team.
• Communication – Maintain clear, effective interactions with both customers and employees, ensuring smooth store operations and positive experiences.
• Metrics Mindedness – Monitor sales goals, inventory accuracy, and performance standards to drive business success.
• Process Orientation – Follow structured store procedures, manage inventory, oversee cash handling, control shrink and ensure operational efficiency.
• Teamwork – Work collaboratively with store staff and commercial department leaders to maintain seamless operations and customer service excellence.
• Parts Sales & Inventory Management – Lead efforts to exceed sales targets, optimize inventory levels, and ensure timely returns processing and merchandising.
• Safety & Compliance – Enforce PPE use, promote risk management practices, and uphold company safety standards.
• Commercial Account Support – Assist in managing commercial and hub departments to support timely deliveries and customer needs.
• Problem Solving – Resolve customer concerns and store operational issues swiftly, always upholding company policies.
