Under the Store Manager’s guidance, you’ll mentor MITs and staff, manage inventory and merchandising, and ensure safe, efficient daily performance. Competenze

• Leadership and coaching experience in a retail team.
• Bilingual communication skills in Spanish and English preferred.
• Experience in automotive retail is required.
• ASE Certification is preferred or required.
