Under the Store Manager's guidance, MITs lead by example, demonstrating initiative and strong leadership. As a Parts Sales Manager, you will drive sales performance, foster a high-performing team, and ensure WOW!

Qualifications

• Leadership, integrity, and strong decision-making abilities.
• Exceptional communication in Spanish and English.
• Experience in automotive retail is preferred.
• ASE Certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Leadership: Assist the Store Manager in supervising, training, and developing high-performing employees.
• Communication: Maintain clear, effective interactions with customers and employees to ensure smooth store operations.
• Metrics Mindedness: Monitor sales goals, inventory accuracy, and performance standards to drive business success.
• Process Orientation: Follow structured store procedures, manage inventory, oversee cash handling, control shrink and ensure operational efficiency.
• Teamwork: Work collaboratively with store staff and commercial department leaders to maintain seamless operations and customer service excellence.
• Parts Sales & Inventory Management: Lead efforts to exceed sales targets, optimize inventory levels, and ensure timely returns processing and merchandising.
• Safety & Compliance: Enforce PPE use, promote risk management practices, and uphold company safety standards.
• Commercial Account Support: Assist in managing commercial and hub departments to support timely deliveries and customer needs.
• Problem Solving: Resolve customer concerns and store operational issues swiftly, always upholding company policies.
