Job summary

AutoZone is seeking a Part Time Parts Sales Manager to help drive sales, lead a high-performing team, and deliver WOW! customer service.

You will work under the Store Manager to supervise staff, manage inventory, and ensure efficient store operations in a fast-paced automotive retail environment. You’ll be expected to communicate clearly with customers and teammates, monitor goals, and adhere to safety policies while supporting commercial accounts and timely deliveries.

Qualifications

• Leadership: demonstrates integrity, decision-making skills, and strong leadership abilities.
• Flexible Schedule: flexibility including mornings, nights, weekends, and overtime as needed.
• Bilingual: strong communication in Spanish and English.
• Automotive Retail: experience preferred in automotive retail.
• ASE Certification: ASE certification is preferred or required.

Responsibilities

• Leadership – Assist the Store Manager in supervising, training, and developing high-performing employees.
• Communication – Maintain clear, effective interactions with customers and employees to ensure smooth store operations.
• Metrics Mindedness – Monitor sales goals, inventory accuracy, and performance standards to drive business success.
• Process Orientation – Follow structured store procedures, manage inventory, oversee cash handling, and control shrink.
• Teamwork – Collaborate with store staff and department leaders to maintain seamless operations and customer service excellence.
• Parts Sales & Inventory Management – Lead efforts to exceed sales targets, optimize inventory levels, and manage returns and merchandising.
• Safety & Compliance – Enforce PPE use and uphold safety standards.
• Commercial Account Support – Assist in managing commercial/hub departments for timely deliveries.
• Problem Solving – Resolve customer concerns and store issues promptly and per policy.
