Responsibilities

• Assist the Store Manager in supervising, training, and developing high-performing employees.
• Maintain clear, effective communication with customers and staff to ensure smooth operations.
• Monitor sales goals, inventory accuracy, and performance standards to drive success.
• Follow store procedures, manage inventory, cash handling, shrink control and efficiency.
• Collaborate with staff and department leaders to maintain customer service excellence.
• Lead parts sales and inventory management, exceed targets, manage returns and merchandising.
• Enforce PPE use, promote safety, and uphold company safety standards.
• Support commercial accounts to aid timely deliveries and customer needs.
• Resolve customer concerns and store issues quickly while following policy.
