Qualifications

• Leadership: demonstrates integrity and decision-making abilities.
• Flexible schedule: full-time with mornings, nights, weekends, and overtime as needed.
• Exceptional communication: bilingual in English and Spanish.
• Automotive retail experience is preferred.
• ASE Certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Store Manager in supervising, training, and developing a high-performing team.
• Maintain clear communication with customers and staff for smooth operations.
• Monitor sales goals, inventory accuracy, and performance standards.
• Follow store procedures, manage inventory, and oversee cash handling.
• Collaborate with commercial department leaders to support deliveries.
• Lead efforts to exceed sales targets and optimize inventory levels.
• Enforce safety standards and PPE usage.
• Resolve customer concerns and store operational issues promptly.
• Support management of returns processing and merchandising.
