AutoZone’s Store Management team drives store performance, fosters a productive team, and ensures exceptional WOW! Customer Service while executing store operations with excellence. Under the Store Manager’s guidance, MITs lead by example, demonstrating initiative and strong leadership.

As a Parts Sales Manager, you’ll play a key role in driving sales, leading a high-performing team, and ensuring WOW! customer service in a fast-paced automotive retail environment.

Qualifications

• Leadership demonstrated in supervision, training and development of a team.
• Ability to communicate clearly with customers and employees in English and Spanish.
• Flexibility to work mornings, nights, weekends and overtime as needed.
• Experience in automotive retail is preferred.

Responsabilités

• Assist Store Manager in supervising and developing high-performing employees.
• Maintain clear communications with customers and team to ensure smooth operations.
• Track sales, inventory accuracy and performance standards.
• Follow store procedures, manage inventory and cash handling, and control shrink.
• Lead efforts to exceed sales targets, optimize inventory, and manage merchandising.
• Enforce PPE and safety standards and support risk management.
• Assist in managing commercial and hub departments to support timely deliveries.
• Resolve customer concerns and store issues while upholding policies.
