As a Parts Sales Manager, you will lead efforts to exceed sales targets, optimize inventory, and support commercial accounts while maintaining excellent customer experiences. You will supervise, train, and mentor staff under the Store Manager's guidance, ensuring operational efficiency and a safe, compliant store environment.

Qualifications

• Leadership capabilities with ability to supervise and develop a team.
• Experience in automotive retail.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish.
• Full-time schedule including mornings, nights, weekends, and overtime.
• ASE certification preferred.

Responsabilités

• LeadStore Manager-support: supervise, train and develop high-performing employees.
• Maintain clear, effective communication with customers and staff.
• Drive sales targets and manage inventory, returns, and merchandising to support WOW service.
• Enforce PPE and safety practices; uphold safety standards.
• Support commercial and hub departments to ensure timely deliveries and customer satisfaction.
