customer service and efficient store operations. The ideal candidate brings leadership experience in automotive retail, strong communication skills, and the ability to work a flexible schedule including mornings, nights, weekends, and overtime as needed.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated leadership skills in a retail setting.
• Ability to communicate effectively with customers and team members.
• Experience in automotive retail environments is preferred.
• Ability to speak Spanish and English fluently is a plus.
