• Experience in automotive retail.
• ASE Certification.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Store Manager in supervising, training, and developing high-performing employees.
• Maintain clear, effective interactions with customers and employees.
• Monitor sales goals, inventory accuracy, and performance standards.
• Follow structured store procedures, manage inventory, and handle cash.
• Lead efforts to exceed sales targets and manage returns.
• Enforce PPE use and uphold safety standards.
• Support commercial and hub departments to ensure timely deliveries.
• Resolve customer concerns and store operational issues promptly.
