Qualifications

• Leadership demonstrated in store management roles and team development.
• Bilingual in Spanish and English preferred.
• Full-time flexible schedule including mornings, nights, weekends, overtime.
• Experience in automotive retail or service environment.
• ASE Certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead, supervise, train, and develop high-performing employees under Store Manager guidance.
• Maintain clear, effective communication with customers and employees to ensure smooth operations.
• Monitor sales goals, inventory accuracy, and performance standards to drive business success.
• Follow structured store procedures, manage inventory, oversee cash handling, control shrink, and ensure efficiency.
• Collaborate with store staff and commercial department leaders to maintain seamless operations and service excellence.
• Lead efforts to exceed sales targets, optimize inventory levels, and ensure timely returns processing and merchandising.
• Enforce PPE use, promote risk management practices, and uphold safety standards.
• Assist in managing commercial and hub departments to support timely deliveries and customer needs.
• Resolve customer concerns and store operational issues quickly, upholding company policies.
