Qualifications

• Leadership demonstrated through integrity, decision-making, and team development.
• Flexibility with full-time schedule including mornings, nights, weekends, overtime.
• Bilingual in Spanish and English is a plus.
• Experience in automotive retail is preferred.
• ASE certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Store Manager in supervising, training, and developing staff.
• Maintain clear communications with customers and employees.
• Monitor sales goals and inventory accuracy to drive performance.
• Follow store procedures, manage inventory, and oversee cash handling.
• Collaborate with staff and department leaders to ensure service excellence.
• Lead efforts to exceed sales targets and optimize inventory.
• Enforce PPE and safety standards.
• Support commercial and hub departments for timely deliveries.
• Resolve customer concerns promptly and uphold policies.
