Qualifications

• Must have Automotive Service Excellence (ASE) Certification.
• Experience in automotive retail preferred.
• Bilingual in Spanish and English is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Store Manager in supervising and developing staff.
• Lead parts sales and inventory management to exceed targets.
• Maintain safety standards and PPE compliance.
• Support commercial and hub department deliveries.
• Deliver WOW customer service and effective communication.
