Responsibilities

• Leadership – Assist the Store Manager in supervising, training, and developing high-performing employees.
• Communication – Maintain clear, effective interactions with customers and employees.
• Metrics Mindedness – Monitor sales goals, inventory accuracy, and performance standards to drive business success.
• Process Orientation – Follow store procedures, manage inventory, oversee cash handling, control shrink, and ensure efficiency.
• Teamwork – Collaborate with staff and department leaders to maintain operations and service excellence.
• Parts Sales & Inventory Management – Lead efforts to exceed sales targets and optimize inventory; manage returns and merchandising.
• Safety & Compliance – Enforce PPE use and uphold safety standards.
• Commercial Account Support – Assist in managing commercial and hub departments to support deliveries and customer needs.
• Problem Solving – Resolve customer concerns and store issues swiftly while upholding policies.
